Meet Dirk

Dirk is the first Karma Dog ever and even has his own book! Dirk has 2 dog brothers, one
older and one younger and 3 older kitty brothers. Dirk doesn't mind sharing his toys, but
loves to chase his kitty brother Atticus. His favorite toy is his red Hu-munga Tongue and his
blue loofa stuffed dog. Dirk loves to learn tricks using a clicker and to run really fast at the
Harford County Humane Society Dog Park. Dirky is from the south, Louisiana to be exact,
and does not like the cold. He doesn't understand why his little brother Ernie likes the snow
so much. Dirk can't read very well, but understands almost everything. His favorite stories
are about other animals, especially other dogs doing good deeds.

Tasha is the princess of Karma Dogs. She is the wisest
and possibly the most relaxed of all of the dogs. She
does not understand what all of the fuss is about or why
you should run up and down stairs instead of walking
politely. She also really enjoys a good nap after eating
yummy treats. She doesn't see why dogs like to play tug
or war and would prefer to wear a stylish coat over
getting dirty. She does enjoy rock climbing with Dirk, but
only in small doses. Tasha is happiest when she is warm
and cozy; well fed and well rested. She loves to hear a
good tale, especially about kingdoms far away and
handsome princes. Tasha also likes to watch movies and
loves to shop with her mom on QVC. Her favorite movie
right now is Happy Feet and she recently bought a fancy
coat for spring on a late night shopping special on QVC.
While Tasha is not interested in Ernie, she does enjoy
the attention this Karma Pup in training shows her.
Tasha prefers to spend her spare time taking walks with
her friends at the middle school and curled up with a
good book.

Vito is an athlete. Which is quite impressive for a pug. Vito loves to
jog with his mom and swim. He even has his own life vest! Vito is
really good at tug-of-war, and can beat his dog brother, Dean,
without really trying. V loves to watch the Redsox on tv and can
almost cheer as loud as his parents with his silly bark. He even loves
tennis. Or atleast Tennis balls- he can retrieve them for hours! After
he is tired from a day of sports, Vito prefers to sleep curled up in
bed under the covers and read Toad and Frog books. They are his
favorite! Vito likes to play dress up, which makes his brother Dean
jealous- all of the clothes are made for little dogs and Dean can't
wear any! This makes Vito laugh and think that he is in charge. He
even has trained Christopher Robin, his parrot brother to throw food
to him when he is hungry. Then he washes it down with some water,
which he is not good at drinking and leaves little water puddles
everywhere. Vito's favorite time of year is the winter. He can't play
as many sports, but he can play in the snow, and that is better than
anything!
